Upcoming FlyOuts

Fall 2020 FlyOut

New Orleans, LA
September 24-27, 2020

About the FlyOut

New Orleans is one of those rare cities that feels authentic while catering to tourists. It is accessible to the visitor, without being a theme park. It is beautiful, delicious and full of character, without being designed by a committee.

Time in New Orleans isn’t kept in hours or days, but in meals. Dining in New Orleans is a  culinary adventure that spans a wide array of cuisines. Taste for yourself why New Orleans was named the No. 1 City for Food in the U.S. by Travel + Leisure.

New Orleans history is extensive and fascinating. Founded in 1718, it has seen war, corruption, floods, hurricanes, and even the occasional pirate. It’s been under both French and Spanish rule which is evident when you look at the architecture and indulge in the local food.

There’s so much to do in New Orleans, from the newly built WWII Museum to the Audubon Zoo/Aquarium/Insectarium. You’ll probably run out of time before you run out of things to do. This city is fantastic for all types of trips: family, friends, couples. There is truly something for everyone!

With small, compact neighborhoods, New Orleans is easily navigated on foot. One-way fares on streetcars and buses cost $1.25 per person. There are also cabs and Uber and Lyft.
