Bentonville, AR welcomed the group at Louise Thaden Field (KVBT). The town offered a mix of high-performance aviation, fine art, and outdoor recreation, featuring an exclusive visit with Game Composites, the manufacturer of the GB1 Gamebird aerobatic aircraft, alongside the renowned Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art set in the Ozark hills with trails, outdoor sculptures, and distinctive architecture around a natural spring.
The trip included a WINGS Safety Seminar with a guest speaker, an exclusive Game Composites factory tour focused on the GB1 Gamebird, time at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art with its contemporary and American collections plus outdoor walking trails and sculptures, E-biking from the All-American Trail with access to Bentonville’s extensive trail network, a visit to the Museum of Native American History, the USPA annual general meeting, and group dinners at Table Mesa and Smokin’ Joes Ribhouse.
